As project manager, ORIDIAN often has responsibility for administering the contracts of a wide variety of consultants and contractors. The responsibility for contract administration includes:

  • Making sure the consultant or contractor produces all the required "deliverables"
  • Enforcing schedule and payment provision
  • Documenting all potential and actual disputes for the benefit of the project owner
  • Determining that all contract requirements, such as insurance and safety regulations are met.

Through these and other contract administration functions, ORIDIAN works to obtain the best possible value in accordance with the terms of the contract. Since project plans are seldom perfect, job sites are seldom free of surprises, and work seldom proceeds on schedule, our knowledge of engineering, construction and contract issues is invaluable. There is no substitute for our experience.
