- Oridian is providing construction
management and inspection services
to the Salt River Pima Maricopa
Indian Community for two miles
of roadway improvements on Alma
School Road. This section of
roadway is a key north-south
link between other important
developments on the reservation.

Gateway
Airport - As part of the DIBBLE
team, Oridian has been selected
to be the construction manager
and perform quality inspections
for the north area drainage
improvement project at the Phoenix
Mesa Gateway Airport. The project
also includes installation of
a key segment of new fire line.

Surprise
- Oridian has been selected
to be the construction manager
and do inspections for the installation
of new 8-inch and 16-inch water
transmission mains in the City
of Surprise over the next two
years. The work currently involves
four individual projects.

Scottsdale
CC - Oridian is the construction
manager for on-site parking,
drainage and entrance driveway
improvements at Scottsdale Community
College. Our client is the Maricopa
County Community College District.
The project includes construction
of a new signalized intersection.
Oridian recently completed a
similar project for MCCCD at
the Estrella Community College
in Avondale.

Phoenix
Water - Oridian has been providing
construction management and
inspection on a series of sanitary
sewer improvement projects for
the City of Phoenix Water Services
Department. The work, located
in various parts of the city,
has included in-place lining
of existing small diameter sewer
lines, replacement of man holes,
realignment and up-sizing of
certain segments, and other
forms of repair and remediation.
The current assignments are
expected to last through 2008.

- The Maricopa County Department
of Transportation has selected
Oridian for its list of on-call
construction management and
inspection consultants.

Phoenix
EAS - Oridian has recently been
approved by the City of Phoenix
Engineering and Architectural
Services Department to provide
construction management services
for City projects on an on-call
basis.

Avondale
- The City of Avondale has recently
selected Oridian for its list
of qualified construction management
consultants serving on an on-call
basis.
