Well #25 Site Improvements
On the City of Avondale Oridian is providing construction management and inspection services for improvements to an existing water well. As a result of these improvements the well will be brought on-line as part of the City's municipal water supply system.

Paradise Valley Community
Oridian is performing construction management and inspection on parking lot and landscaping improvements at the PVCC campus in Phoenix. This is part of improvements on several District campuses that Oridian has provided services for.

Arroyo Norte, Unit 4
Oridian is assisting Starwood Land Ventures as construction manager for the site work on this 100-lot residential development north of Phoenix. Our services include the preparation of bid packages and the analysis of construction proposals as well as general oversight of the work in progress.

Gateway Airport Fuel Farm Expansion Project
Oridian is performing construction management and inspection for the addition of two 50,000 gallon jet fuel tanks and all the associated piping and control equipment to the existing fuel tank farm at the airport. The work also includes new concrete paving and some drainage and fire suppression improvements.

City of Avondale On-Call Inspection Services
Oridian provides construction inspectors as needed to the City for both permitted off-site and capital improvement projects. We work as an extension of City staff to cover workload spikes, weekend and nighttime construction activities. We also provide special inspections, as appropriate.
